This olive oil is cold-pressed to conserve its flavor and aromas. Produced with the Correggiolo (min. 80%), Moraiolo and Leccino varieties. With its unique fragrance and health-preserving low cholesterol, it takes us back to the traditions of yesteryear.
TASTING NOTES
The oil is an expression of the land it comes from, with its spicy flavor and undertones of artichoke, green leaf and chestnut. It has a deep green color typical of the area.
FOOD PAIRING
A treat for your palate, especially when paired with traditional Tuscan country dishes. Excellent for seasoning vegetable soups, fish, and grilled meat.
